This session is designed for the individual who knows something is missing from their life, and changes need to be made. This individual may be a little overwhelmed or having a hard time managing their current situation and could use a helping hand to assist them in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Let’s Get It Done (30 mins)

This session is designed for the individual who has goals in mind but is unsure of how to get started. This client could use assistance with processing and organizing a plan to help them reach their potential goal(s).

On The Go (20 mins)

This session is designed for the individual who doesn’t have much time to spare. They realize they need to make healthy lifestyle changes but are unsure how to start. This client might need help setting healthy boundaries or learning healthy self-care skills without feeling guilty because they have chosen to take care of themselves.
